1. The hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed with the hotel administration. At the end of the agreed term resident must vacate the room at the request of the administration. If you wish to extend the period of residence must inform the administrator of the hotel no later than 2 hours before check-out time — 12 p.m. local time. The extension of the period of residence in this room is possible only in the absence of a confirmed reservation in favor of third parties. 2. Payment for accommodation is charged in accordance with the uniform checkout time — 12 o'clock current day local time. In the free settlement guest at night from 22:00 to 08:00 moving in is only possible until check-out time, extension of stay is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of this regulation. For stays of less than a day (24 hours) will be charged per day regardless of time of arrival and departure. 3. Payment for accommodation and services at the hotel, including insurance premiums and mortgage payments, is at free (contractual) prices approved by management according to hotel price list. Payment is made in rubles in cash, by Bank transfer under the contract with the booking or payment (credit) cards. Settlement in hotel is made only after making an advance payment for the entire term of the intended stay. If the guest at the check-out is not paid basic and additional services, he agrees with the debiting of his credit card details he had provided at check in (or) copies of which he was allowed to use the hotel. Fiscal receipt and the final bill for the services is given at check-out. 4. Accommodation in a booked room until check-out time check-in is allowed only by prior agreement with the booking service of the hotel. In this case, the effective "rate for early bookings". 5. Regardless of the kind of settlement in case of delay of departure of the guest (consumer) fee for staying after checkout time will be charged according to the approved tariffs of the Hotel. 6. In case of refusal, guests from the accommodation or reducing the length of stay administration is entitled to deduct from the deposited by the person (the guarantor) prepaid amount for the entire period of his residence. 7. At the request of residents, with the consent of the administration allowed the presence of unauthorized persons in the room from 08:00 to 23:00 hours; for this purpose a visitor must leave at the reception at the reception of the identification document on the territory of the Russian Federation, and to obtain a guest card. 8. In case of delay of the visitor in room after 23:00 or leads to the hotel was a guest of an outside person during the night (from 23:00 to 08:00) these persons should be issued for the shares, in the guest's room. 9. Change of bed linen, towels and toiletries is made once in three days. On request for a surcharge can be made an unscheduled change of underwear. 10. The hotel provides to residents the following free services: o - call "ambulance"; o-use first aid kit; o - taxi call; o - delivery in number of correspondence received; o use the individual safe; o - Wake-up call; 11. The hotel provides its guest additional services for a fee on request, in accordance with the list of prices for additional services. 12. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of urban services (emergency shutdown of electric and thermal energy, water supply). 13. Resident shall: o when leaving the room to close the taps, Windows, turn off the lights, TV; o - observe established in the hotel "Oscar" policies to preserve the purity, peace and public order in the hotel; o strictly observe the rules of fire safety; o to reimburse the damage in case of loss, injury or damage to the hotel property. Damage assessment is based on the "price list for damage to hotel property"; o be responsible for the actions of their guests to their visitors; o to prevent the number of infections; o timely and fully pay all additional hotel services, products mini-bar. 14. The hotel is prohibited: o Smoking in rooms, lobby and areas of the property; o - leave unauthorized persons, and send them a card-room key; o - keep bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury; o use heating devices if it is not provided in the hotel room; o - disturb guests staying in nearby rooms.
